Dear Member of the Danish Turkish Business Network,

Danish Consulate is proud to announce its participation to Istanbul Marathon which will take place on Sunday 3rd November 2019 as a fund raising event to support a private orphanage school in Istanbul called Darussafaka.

Darussafaka is in essence implementing sustainable development goal number 4 on quality education. And today we reach out to all the individuals and the companies in our network to support education and promote sustainable development goals!

Cost of all the educational tools for 1 student at Darussafaka for a school year (9 months) is 1800 TL.

Darüşşafaka Cemiyeti, annesi veya babası hayatta olmayan, maddi olanakları yetersiz, yetenekli çocuklarımıza tam burslu ve nitelikli eğitim veriyor. Bu yıl okulumuza başlayan 123 öğrencinin eğitim hayatlarına destek olmak için koşuyoruz.

1 öğrencinin 9 aylık eğitim kiti gideri (kırtasiye, kitap ve üniforma) 1800 TL'dir.
