Neden Koşuyorum

I am excited to run for the first time to support a cause I truly believe in during the Runatolia Marathon.

For 17 years, Community volunteers (Toplum Gönüllüleri - TOG) supported and initiated multiple projects all over Turkey. Involved in many areas going from training programs to scholarship and teaching, TOG Youth Centers host activities supporting personal development of young people between the ages of 15 and 25. These centers enable young people to gain autonomy as individuals, put into practice their ideas and get new opportunities to improve their lives.

Thanks to your donations, we will be able to support young people around Turkey in their studies and fields of interest. The biggest issue young people face in Turkey is unemployment. It is very valuable for all of us that the number of young people who are sensitive to the environment, open to learning, can improve themselves, think and question flexibly.

Young people are attempting to identify the problems and needs around them at TOG and solve these problems. In Turkey's 81 provinces, young people are designing and implementing their own projects. This year, I run so that more and more young people can volunteer, participate in trainings and carry out their projects. Every donation you make is combined with the efforts of young people.

The cost of social responsibility trainings that 1 young person will attend is 250 TL (40 CHF). You can contribute to my campaign by supporting as many young people as you want or one part of a project.
